We are constantly facing new challenges in life. COVID-19 is yet another challenge we must all overcome. The best way to overcome this one is to remain calm, use common sense, diligently follow strict hygiene practices, follow and adhere to CDC and government recommendations. Most importantly, we need to work together to help control the situation. This is a time for being overcautious. Here at Imperial Auto Body, we are attempting to do our part by altering certain procedures Which will help to keep everyone safe. Effective today, we have made the following adjustments:

When you arrive at our facility for an appraisal or to schedule an appointment, you will be asked to call us from your cell phone. A customer service representative will come out to greet you at your vehicle as promptly as possible. We will make every effort to eliminate the need for you to enter our office. Please also take advantage of our Mobile Estimate Request Form.

Clients with scheduled drop off appointments will be asked to call us from their vehicles as well. We will make every attempt to minimize the need for you to enter our office. Should the weather make it necessary for you to come inside, you can be assured that we are being diligent with cleaning and sanitizing our customer service area, and the rest of the facility as well.

Our vehicle pre-check process will remain in place. However, you will no longer be asked to wait for the procedure to be completed. We will complete the procedure and email the checklist and photos to review with you over the phone.

Upon your arrival, our staff will be sanitizing your key fob as well as the high touch areas of your vehicle. Do not be offended by this. This will be done to every vehicle upon arrival. This is an important step as we attempt to minimize the possibility of cross contamination from vehicle to vehicle. When you pick up your vehicle, This same process shall be completed immediately at the time of pick up.
